For Dec. 25, we had our
"Friends and Fun"
gathering.

Step 1 - (Tuesday) put
frozen bird in refrigerator. 3677

Step 2 - (Friday morning)
move still-frozen bird
to ice cooler outside,
submerge in ice water
and replace water every
two hours. For 24 lbs
this took 12 hours. 3678

Step 3 - (Friday night)
wash the bird.
I use my dishwasher for this!
(leave it wrapped in plastic)
